Notices and Reminders
1. Bishop Andrew’s father passed away on the weekend and understandably he has had to cancel his trip to the Top End this weekend. Helen T expressed our condolences on the phone and will send an email from us all as well. Please remember his family in your prayers.
2. All arrangements for this coming weekend have been cancelled, there will be no Men’s Breakie, Ladies Luncheon, Worship Leaders meeting, Nungalinya visit, NTCC Bishops meeting, College visit or Q&A.
3. Bishop Andrew is rescheduled to visit us from 4th – 8th September, so put this in your diaries. More details to come.
4. Pastor Jim Bryan will be here from 16th – 25th August, preaching on Sunday 17th and 24th and celebrating Holy Communion.
5. The TELP ‘Special General Meeting’ will be held on Sunday 24th August after service. Congregation members only will receive paperwork to read and consider prior to this
meeting. Robert Grahl will chair the meeting and Mel Zerner from the LCA will be out guest.
6. There is another special baptism happening soon. The Holy Spirit is certainly working within our Top End community.
